Our package bees ship via USPS Ground Advantage ā€” safely to your designated Post Office (not to your home). Each package includes ~3 lbs of healthy bees, a mated/marked queen, and a feed can for transit.

  • Where do I pick up? At your assigned Hold for Pickup Hub. Note: This facility is the designated arrival point for live animals in your area and may differ from your closest retail counter.
  • Will tracking always update? Scans can be intermittent. It is common for tracking to "jump" from the origin directly to Available for Pickup.
  • Weekends/Holidays? USPS operates internally 7 days a week. Your Postmaster may call you for pickup even on Sundays or holidays when the front counter is closed.
  • Issue on arrival? Photograph the package and contact us within 24 hours ā€” our live-arrival policy has you covered.
