Queens Ordering Information
Queen shipments start around the first week of April, weather permitting.
For Queen orders of 50 or more: 25% Deposit is required when your order is placed. Balance is due 2 weeks prior to shipping.
For Queen orders of less than 50: FULL PAYMENT is required when your order is placed.
For orders to Canada, an additional $2.50 per Queen surcharge applies.
Examine the contents of your shipment immediately upon delivery.

We ship via UPS Next Day Air, UNINSURED. The risk is minimal, however queens shipped via UPS are the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY of the purchaser. Replacement is at the discretion of OHB.
