Queens Ordering Information

  • Queen shipments start around the first week of April, weather permitting.
  • For Queen orders of 50 or more: 25% Deposit is required when your order is placed. Balance is due 2 weeks prior to shipping.
  • For Queen orders of less than 50: FULL PAYMENT is required when your order is placed.
  • For orders to Canada, an additional $2.50 per Queen surcharge applies.
  • Examine the contents of your shipment immediately upon delivery.

Package Bee Ordering Information

  • We DO NOT ship package bees through the U.S. Postal Service.
  • Package bees are to be picked up in Orland, CA unless other arrangements are made.
  • We will deliver orders of 300 packages or more to areas within one (1) day traveling distance from our location. Please call for details.
  • To areas that require two (2) days or more of travel, a minimum of 900 packages is required.

Shipping Information

  • Prices DO NOT include shipping.
  • We ship via UPS Next Day Air, UNINSURED. The risk is minimal, however queens shipped via UPS are the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY of the purchaser. Replacement is at the discretion of OHB.
  • We DO NOT Ship Queens through the US Postal Service.
